Digitalization of the Austrian Education System
This project addresses two systemic challenges in the digital transformation of Austria’s education system. One is the need for a structured, curriculum-based approach that helps teacher educators develop the digital competences required to support teachers effectively. The other is the need to rethink how educational media are provided and used in a system that has long been shaped by print-oriented models.
The project aims to develop and pilot practical recommendations for digital upskilling and for a more suitable model of educational media provision.
