current position

I'm currently working as a researcher at the Department for Business Information Systems - Communications Engineering at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria. My research focuses on the development and evaluation of approaches for human-centred modeling of work. I'm teaching classes and seminars in the field of work & process modeling and communcations engineering (distributed systems development) as well as beginner's level courses on algorithms and data structures. Currently, I'm mainly concerned with developing tools, which help people to understand, describe and improve their daily work tasks.
